Fantastic experience shopping at this location! Knowledgeable staff, great atmosphere, this place really stood out and was fun to shop at. More stylish décor and vibe overall. Lots of selection in product. I called ahead of time before visiting and was greeted pleasantly both on phone and in store. Great prices on cartridges! The gentleman working here were also very sharply dressed! ( In theme with the cool vibe)! As an out of town shopper, I felt welcomed and I will shop here again when I come back to Vancouver.

VERY splendid looking store. I saw another review that said it's similar to walking into the Hilton - accurate! You feel flashy and fashionable just going in here! For just a weed store it was great. Probably great for a first time experience too, but that wasn't my case.
Staff were great. Product issues aren't their fault, we should all know how the government works by now. Did their best to help me choose something kinda what I was looking for. Beautiful store. Super happy here.
These folks respect their customers, that’s a HUGE make it or break it moment for businesses during this time of the government explicitly trying to ruin ALL small businesses by forcing everybody to harm themselves with dangerous masks in the name of preventing the unstoppable common cold. Businesses that decide to refuse to serve people that have an exemption are all doomed, and should also be sued for the unlawful discrimination against their handicapped customers. Thank you for being on the side of good in this battle.
My first experience was amazing, customer service was on par, and the selection of supplies on hand were top notch. I highly recommend going there. The younger lady supervisor was very knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you for making the experience there quick and comfortable! I will definitely be coming back!
